Is it normal to get nauseaus from eating a lot of fruit? That's what stops me from going rt4. I'm eating more like starch solution, means mainly carbs, but cooked (oatmeal,rice, pasta etc and some fruit too). Thanks!
I wouldn’t say it’s normal, no. Starches are awesome, and if your body functions better when your fruit intake is low then you shouldn’t force yourself to consume large amount of it! :)
